EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., July 16, 2019 — Hometown mortgage lender Cambria Mortgage announced they have hired Steve Rice and Allison Manson for two new, unique roles within the company. Steve Rice has joined Cambria Mortgage as Vice President of Sales and Allison Manson has joined as a Business Development Coordinator. They will be working together to exponentially expand the company’s presence in the Twin Cities area.

Rice and Manson’s primary responsibilities will be centered on recruiting and retaining top Mortgage Consultant talent. This will include strategic business planning, expanding company outreach efforts and emphasizing brand recognition. The two will also focus on internal process efficiencies to ensure Cambria is offering the best systems to its sales team.

Rice has a B.S. in Management and Finance. Manson has a B.A. in Public Relations and Multimedia Communication. Together, the two have more than 35 combined years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Rice has a background in management and loan production, while Manson’s previous experience has been in communication, marketing and team management. The two will be based out of the Northland Circle office in Brooklyn Park, MN.
